10^th Ave South CDBG Sewer Construction:

Background

This new sewer construction project will install 900 feet of new sewer main on 10^th Ave South, South of South 120^th Street.

Status

This project is out to bid. Bid opening will be on February 28^th, 2012. Because of grant funding requirements this project must be completed by August 31^st, 2012.

Funding

Funding is through a competitive grant awarded by the King County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.  The Grant will pay for all mainline sewer construction and, for income qualifying property owners, the King County Metro Capacity Charge and the District General Facility Charge
