When a building permit, short subdivision, rezoning, preliminary plat or other project is planned, the County or City may require a Certificate of Sewer Availability.

There is a $50.00 charge for a Residential Certificate of Sewer Availability and a $100.00 charge for a Commercial Certificate of Sewer Availability.

The District requires the tax lot number and legal description to complete the Certificate of Sewer availability application.
